ECA's Office of American Spaces - Vienna Satellite Office manages centralized services supporting the Department's American Spaces: Information Resource Centers (IRC), American Corners (AC), Bi-National Centers (BNC) and other partner programs. Our office procures public diplomacy materials, organizes and supports training, and develops and maintains internet applications and websites for both Department staff and their target audiences.
